Bug Fixes

  • Away Status Accuracy: “Set as Away” now correctly updates and reflects the agent’s away status.

  • Chat Selection Consistency: Fixed an issue where the displayed chat content could differ from the selected conversation.

  • Agent Invite Notifications: Invite notifications now correctly appear and disappear when the invited agent responds.

  • Knowledge Base Search Results: Resolved an issue where “No results found” was incorrectly displayed despite valid results being returned.

  • Automatic Inactivity Messages: Inactivity messages now trigger and send correctly.

  • Typing Indicators: Keypress/typing indicators now update properly when users stop typing.

Enhancements & Performance Improvements

  • Expanded File Support: Customers can now send a wider range of file types.

  • Faster Page Focus: Removed unnecessary loading spinners when focusing the application window.

  • Instant Post-Chat Feedback: Post-chat feedback now loads instantly for a smoother user experience.

  • Faster Chat Switching: Switching between chats no longer shows a loading spinner. This area has been fully reworked and is now significantly faster and more responsive.
