Bug Fixes

• Desktop Notification Behaviour: Desktop notifications now correctly bring the application window into focus and open the relevant chat.

• Article Copying Stability: Fixed an issue where copying content from certain knowledge base articles could cause the application to hang.

• Chat Auto-Scroll: The chat window now correctly stays locked to the bottom when new messages arrive and the agent is already viewing the latest messages.

• Chat Input Resizing: The chat input field now resizes properly across all supported browsers and environments.

Performance & Infrastructure Improvements

• Optimised Networking Engine: Reworked the internal networking algorithm to significantly improve efficiency and reliability.

  • A new Networking Page has been added to allow real-time monitoring of connection speed and outgoing network requests.

• Enhanced System Metrics: The Statistics page now uses the new, improved Metrics APIs to provide more accurate and up-to-date reporting.

• Reduced Network Traffic: Significantly reduced the number of unnecessary network calls, improving overall performance and responsiveness.
