Bug Fixes

  • Automatic Knowledge Tab Switching: Internal links now correctly open the Knowledge tab automatically.

  • Default Avatar Update: Reverted to the original default avatar to ensure consistent user display.

  • Typing Indicator Accuracy: The keypress/typing feed now correctly updates when a user stops typing.

  • Team Member Display Accuracy: Team members now correctly update based on the section of Contact Cloud currently being viewed.

  • Improved Chat Data Refresh: Chat data, including typing activity, now refreshes more frequently for better real-time accuracy.

Performance Improvements

  • Application-Wide Optimisation: General performance enhancements have been implemented across the entire application for faster load times and smoother interactions.

Behaviour Enhancements

  • Smarter Skill Display: Skills are now only displayed when there are logged-in and available agents who possess that skill.
