Transfer Timer Reset: Transferring a chat to a skill now correctly resets the timer to 0:00.
Chat Ownership Notifications: Agents now receive a notification when chat ownership is assigned to them.
Full Capacity Protection: Chats are no longer offered when agents are at maximum chat capacity.
Queue Visibility: Queues now remain visible, even when agents are at maximum chat load.
Same-Skill Transfers: Transferring to the same skill no longer triggers an incorrect “must be owner” error.
Duplicate Transfer Notifications: If the same transfer is sent within the same minute, the sender now receives a visible on-screen notification.

Message Timestamps: Internal messages now include both date and time.
Improved Message Performance: Live messaging performance has been significantly improved.

Smarter Placeholders: Search box placeholder now updates to “Search in favourites” when applicable.
Case-Insensitive Search: Previous communications search is now case-insensitive.
Improved Article Navigation: Clicking “Report Search” inside an article now returns users to the search screen.
Accurate ‘No Results’ Display: Knowledge panels now correctly show “No results found” after page refresh where appropriate.
Keyword Clearing: Agents can now clear knowledge keyword results by clearing the search term.
Clipboard Fix: The “Copy article” icon no longer stays highlighted after being clicked.

Improved Release Notes Display: Release notes now display in a cleaner, more readable format.
Theme Enhancements: Header hover background colour is now applied during initial setup and profile configuration.
Sidebar Name Truncation: Long names in the sidebar are now neatly truncated.
Team Filter Usability: Team filters now allow selection by clicking the text, not just the checkbox.
Helpful Tips: Tips have been added throughout the application.
Profile Menu: The close button no longer gets cut off on small screens.
Chat Menu Updates:
- Chat head context menu has been moved to the main chat body.
- Chat head options have been aligned with the new chat body menu.

Improved Error Messaging: Error notifications have been reworded for clarity.
New Release Notes Alerts: Agents now receive a notification when new release notes are available.
Desktop Notification Support (IE): The IE icon now flashes/maximises when desktop notifications would normally appear.
Title Flashing: Page title flashing now correctly stops if a chat ends before reset.

Faster Live Chat: Overall live chat performance has been improved.
Reduced Infinite Loaders: Chats no longer fail to load due to infinite loading issues.
Improved Auto-Scroll: Chat auto-scroll now works correctly when switching between chat heads.
Cross-Session Sync: Ending a chat in one session now clears it correctly in other active sessions.

PDF Support: Documents now correctly load in PDF format.
External Links: External links from knowledge base articles now open in a new browser tab.

Password Trimming: Leading and trailing spaces are now automatically removed when entering passwords.
Session Expiry Handling: Agents are now redirected to the login page once their session expires.
Colourblind Theme Fix: The colourblind theme no longer generates errors.

Queue Abandon Transcripts: If a customer abandons a chat returned to the queue, a transcript is now generated.
Improved Transcript Access: Previous conversation transcripts now open with a single click.
Chat History Filters: The “Yesterday” filter now correctly limits results to the last two days.

Multi-Session Invites: Inviting from one session no longer crashes another logged-in session.
Knowledge View Sync: Ending a chat removes it from participants who were viewing it in Knowledge.
System Message Stability: Transfer notifications no longer disappear when system messages follow.
Keyword Feed Fixes: Knowledge search no longer displays confidential messages in the search box.

Mobile Emoji Handling: Emojis are now disabled on mobile devices.
Emoji Overlay Fix: Emoji picker no longer remains open when navigating away from chat.
Typing Indicators: Agent typing indicators are now accurate and no longer always show as typing.

Hyperlink Support: Notes can now include clickable hyperlinks.
Position Persistence: The Notes panel now remembers its last position.
Delete Confirmation Fix: The red confirmation line no longer remains visible permanently.
