Chat & Messaging Improvements

  • Smarter Feedback Forms: Feedback boxes now correctly disappear after submission.

  • Pending Image Resizing: Sent images now resize correctly while still uploading.

  • Reliable Max Slots Status: Agent “at max slots” status is now detected more accurately.

  • Quote Support in Internal Messages: Quotation marks can now be sent correctly in internal messages.

  • Typing Experience: Agents are no longer forced to stay locked to the bottom of the chat while a customer is typing.

  • Intro Message Fix: Intro messages are no longer duplicated when creating a new session.

  • Poke Behaviour:

    • “Poke” commands are now sent as plain text.

    • Improved overall poke handling.

Knowledge Base & Search

  • Mobile Knowledge Back Button: No longer displays “undefined article” errors on mobile.

  • Search API Fixes: Fixed issues where some keywords returned from the Search API didn’t produce results.

  • Keyword Click Search: Search keywords are now clickable to trigger a new search.

  • Knowledge Loader Behaviour: Loader now fades correctly before FAQs populate.

  • Firefox/IE Navigation Fix: Pressing Backspace no longer causes unwanted page navigation.

UI & Visual Improvements

  • Theme Fixes:

    • Fixed the Shiva theme hover colour.

    • Theme colours now correctly apply when setting up new users.

  • Name Handling:

    • Long names now truncate correctly when filtering by skill.

    • Added hover tooltips to display full names when truncated.

  • Scrollbar Enhancements: Improved the look and feel of scrollbars in live chat overlays.

  • Overlay Improvements:

    • Send Attachments overlay no longer retains previous file data.

    • Removing pending attachments now deletes the correct files.

Notifications & Session Behaviour

  • Desktop Notifications:

    • Clicking a new chat desktop notification now opens the correct chat.

    • Desktop notifications now appear when a chat is transferred back to the queue.

  • Transfer Notifications:

    • Improved handling when notifications occur outside of the active chat.

    • Transfers to the queue are now blocked when a pending chat invite exists.

  • Back Button (Login): The login screen back button reliably returns to the username input.

  • Unread Message Handling: Unread indicators now clear when changing chats or scrolling to the bottom.

Team & Presence Improvements

  • Team List Enhancements:

    • Team members marked as “You” or with unread messages are now grouped separately.

    • You can now visually see who is currently in a chat and who owns it.

Reliability & Error Handling

  • Connection Resilience:

    • The system now retries lost connections before redirecting to the login page.

    • Users are shown a clear error before being redirected to the login page.

  • Network Queue Fixes: Cancelling calls in the network queue no longer blocks other network calls.

  • Keypress Feed Fix: Code fragments no longer appear in the keypress feed.

Settings & Navigation

  • Custom Queue Message: You can now customise the “There’s nothing in the queue…” message from application settings.

  • Navigation Update: “Profile” has been renamed to “Profile & Preferences”.

  • Group Invite Icon Update: Changed the group invite icon from an arrow to a people icon.

Notes & Other Fixes

  • Notepad Improvements:

    • The notepad now correctly shows an empty state when no notes exist.

  • Live Chat Knowledge Back Button: Fixed undefined article errors on mobile.
