Bug Fixes

  • IE11 Dashboard Styling: Resolved styling and layout issues on the dashboard when using Internet Explorer 11.

  • Leaderboard Sorting: Fixed an issue where the live chat statistics leaderboard sorted total chats alphabetically instead of numerically.

  • IE Spell Checker Sync: Corrected an issue where Internet Explorer’s spell checker did not update text correctly after a correction was selected.

  • Chat Auto-Scroll (IE): Fixed an issue where Internet Explorer could keep agents incorrectly locked to the bottom of the chat window.

  • 2FA Email Logic: Prevented unnecessary two-factor authentication emails from being sent when the user is already authorised.

Visual Improvements

  • Application-Wide Styling Tweaks: Applied multiple minor style and layout improvements across the platform for a more consistent and polished user experience.
