Bug Fixes

  • FAQ Article Stats: Fixed an issue where search hits and direct hits were not correctly adding up to the total hit count.

  • Top Articles Metrics: Corrected inaccurate values when adding rows to the “Top Articles” metrics chart.

  • Interaction Metrics: Fixed incorrect calculation of average interactions within FAQ metrics.

  • Previous Contacts Display: Resolved an issue where previous contacts appeared empty after refreshing the page.

Performance Improvements

  • Internal Knowledge Optimisation: Various performance enhancements were made to improve the speed and responsiveness of the Internal Knowledge system.
