Bug Fixes

  • External Knowledge Metrics – Location Graph: Charts will no longer fail when an unrecognised country is returned.

  • Session ID Display: The session ID on the About page now correctly updates when the session token changes.

  • Browser Navigation Protection: Pressing Backspace will no longer unintentionally navigate away from the page in IE and Edge.

  • Timezone Accuracy: Fixed timezone offset issues on the Chat History page.

  • Export Buttons: Corrected issues with CSV and JSON download buttons in Chat History.

Enhancements

  • Live Chat Metrics Filters: Clicking a trigger box now retains the previously selected application.

  • Chat History Filtering:

    • Added operator wrap-up filters.

    • Operator filters are now displayed alphabetically for easier navigation.
