Faster Message Sync: Operator messages now save more quickly when switching between chat heads.
Live Chat Counts: Chat counts now update faster when picking up or ending chats.
Chat Slot Accuracy: Chat head slot indicators now better reflect actual available capacity.
Copy Link Notifications: “Copy link” messages now close correctly after a short delay.
Improved Notifications:
Live chat notifications now close instantly without leaving invisible overlay blocks.
A new permission is available to disable new message notifications.
Message Persistence: Operator messages are no longer cleared when a poke timeout completes.
Feedback Surveys: Live chat feedback surveys can no longer be shown again once submitted.

Chat History Filters: Filter options now display even where blank values exist in operator feedback.
CSV Export Improvements:
CSV downloads for chat history now work correctly in Internet Explorer.
CSV download buttons now display a loader when exports take longer.
Removed erroneous columns from Article History CSV exports.
Link Navigation Enhancements:
Holding Shift while clicking overlay links will now open them in a new window.
Accessing chat history from a chat reference link now auto-expands the correct chat on load.

Internet Explorer Improvements:
Attachment confirmation buttons are now correctly centre-aligned.
“Show offline agents” now functions correctly.
Live chat performance has been improved specifically for IE.
Display & UI Fixes
Article History Layout: Article labels are now properly aligned and the fade gradient has been removed.
Improved Search Visibility: “Report knowledge search” text is now more visible and readable.
Support & System Stability
Status Page Link: A direct link to the Synthetix Status Page is now available from the Support page.
Duplicate Data Handling: Duplicate values in data sources no longer cause parts of the portal to stop functioning.
