Login & Session Management

  • Caps Lock Warning: The “Caps Lock is on” message now displays correctly during login.

  • Auto Logout Timing: Automatic logout now occurs after 1 hour of inactivity.

  • Session Expiry Notifications: Session expiry alerts now appear even when Contact Cloud is the active, focused window.

Communications

  • Chat Pickup Reliability: Fixed an issue where the chat loader could become stuck when two agents attempted to pick up the same chat simultaneously.

  • Journey Tracking: Renamed “Breadcrumbs” to “Client’s Journey” for improved clarity.

Support & Ticketing

  • Ticket Data Persistence: Personal information in ticket replies is no longer lost when refreshing the ticket page.

  • Correct Support Links:

    • The support link from the ticketing page now works correctly.

    • Ticket pages are no longer clickable when the Support feature is disabled.

Metrics & Reporting

  • Mobile Navigation: On mobile devices, the Metrics navigation bar is now correctly aligned to the edge of the page.

  • Data Download Options: Trigger name can now be selected as a data download field without requiring a trigger selection.

  • Queue Visibility: Added a clear message when there are no chats in the queue under Chat Capacity.

Error Handling & System Stability

  • Error Reporting: Application errors are now correctly collected and securely reported to Synthetix.

  • Logout Stability: Prevented occasional double page refreshes that could occur during error-related logouts.

  • User Management Logout: The logout button in the User Management page now logs users out correctly.
