General Improvements

  • Enhanced Error Handling: Additional safeguards have been added to improve error detection and recovery across the platform.

Knowledge Base Fixes

  • Search Reliability: Pressing Enter during knowledge searches will no longer trigger infinite loading.

  • Email Article Compatibility: “Send article by email” placeholder text now displays correctly in Internet Explorer.

Communications (Comms)

  • Canned Responses Stability: Creating or editing canned responses will no longer be intermittently cleared.

  • Poke Timing Fix: Poke timeouts will no longer unexpectedly clear the chat input box.

Metrics & Permissions

  • Correct Permission Enforcement: Fixed permission checks for data downloads within Metrics.

  • New Permission: Added a new permission to allow administrators to hide sentiment analysis where required.
