Bug Fixes

  • Knowledge – Print Article: Fixed an issue where the Print Article button was not functioning as intended.

  • Comms – Text Duplication: Resolved a bug where pasting canned responses, emojis, or articles would duplicate previously entered text in the chat input box.

  • Metrics – Data Downloads: Removed the Offered and Accepted options from data download selections for improved clarity and accuracy.
