Bug Fixes

  • Operator Activity Gantt Chart: Fixed an issue where group chats transferred back to the queue and picked up again caused an infinite duration bar to appear.

  • Scheduled Data Downloads: Data downloads now correctly respect the “Schedule From” field.

New Features

  • Automatic Keypress Feed Search: Added a new option in Chat Preferences allowing agents to automatically trigger searches from keypress feed activity.

  • Disable Keyword Search: Agents can now disable keyword search from their preference settings.
