Chat History

  • Agent Filtering: You can now filter Chat History by specific operators for faster, more accurate auditing.

Communications

  • Search Reliability: Fixed an issue where chat and knowledge search results would occasionally fail to display.

  • Environmental Data: Environmental and context data is now available within Chat Details.

Metrics & Reporting

  • Date Picker Fixes: Resolved issues with the Metrics Date Picker / Calendar components.

  • Bot & Crawler Filtering: Metrics now automatically filter out crawler and bot traffic for more accurate reporting.

  • Suspended Login Handling: Fixed an issue where logging in during a suspended state caused immediate auto-logout.
