• Internal Messaging Deprecation Date Updated:
  The deprecation date for the internal messaging component has been moved from 1 July 2022 to 1 June 2022.

Knowledge Base

• Search Pagination (Knowledge Main):
  Added pagination to the main Knowledge search to improve performance and usability when browsing large result sets.

Team & Live Chat Improvements

• Team / Skills / Transfer Refactor:

  • The team bar has been updated to remove the list of available skills, which have now been relocated into the Team Filter for cleaner navigation.
    

  • “Transfer to skill” logic in live chat has been refactored to use a single source of truth, improving reliability and accuracy of skill availability.

UI & Experience

• Survey Prompt Removed:
  The login survey notification has been removed and will no longer appear.

Configuration & Enterprise Features

• Custom Response Headers (Subdomain Based):
  Clients can now configure custom HTTP response headers based on subdomain. Please contact your account manager to enable this feature.

Metrics

• Knowledge Operator Gantt Graph Fix:
  Resolved issues affecting the Knowledge Operators’ Activity Gantt Graph in Metrics.

Stability Fixes

• Forced Logout Bug Fix:
  Fixed an issue where users could be unexpectedly logged out when navigating overlay pages.
