  • Badges & Awards:
    We’ve introduced achievements for agents using Synthetix Cloud. Agents will now earn badges and awards for completing specific actions, such as completing surveys or favouriting knowledge articles.
    More badges and achievements will be added over the coming weeks.

Internal Messaging

  • Deprecation of Internal Messaging:
    Internal messaging has now been officially deprecated and is being phased out.

Knowledge Base Enhancements

  • Timed / Scheduled Articles:
    Knowledge articles can now be scheduled to publish or expire at predefined times.

Live Chat Improvements

  • Live Chat & Ongoing Chat Merge:
    Improved handling of ongoing live chat sessions to provide a more seamless experience.

  • Reduced Network Calls:
    Significant reduction in the number of network calls made during live chat, improving reliability and performance.

Authentication

  • Magic Link & SSO Improvements:
    Improved reliability and timing of session generation when logging in via Magic Link or Single Sign-On (SSO).
