    Fixed an issue where the end chat workflow was not completing correctly under certain conditions.

    Resolved a problem where campaign set states were not being updated correctly in Metrics.

    Fixed issues with the copy transcript functionality when submitting feedback to ensure full and accurate chat transcripts are copied.
