User & Permission Management

• Improved User Creation & Editing Errors:
  Enhanced error messages during user creation and editing to provide clearer guidance when issues occur.

• No Permissions Holding Page:
  Users with no active permissions or module access are now redirected to a holding page with guidance to contact their supervisor.

• Admin Access Redirect:
  If a user loses access to the Admin module, they are now automatically redirected to the Profile page.

• Permission Group Restrictions:
  Users can no longer assign themselves to permission groups. Permission changes must now be performed by another authorised user.

Authentication & Security

• New Password Requirements:
  Introduced updated password complexity and security requirements.

• Expired Magic Link Messaging:
  Users will now see a clear error message when attempting to use an expired magic link.

Navigation Improvements

• Editor Button Relocation:
  The Editor button has been moved from the Knowledge menu to the main top navigation bar for easier access.

• Skill-Based Transfers:
  Improved how available skills are displayed during chat transfers.
