Platform & Infrastructure

• AWS Services Deprecation (In Progress):
  As part of ongoing platform optimisation, we have begun deprecating the following AWS services where possible:

  • CodeBuild

  • CodeCommit

  • CodePipeline
    This work improves maintainability and modernises our deployment pipeline.

User & Permissions Management

• Empty Permission Group Fix:
  Fixed an issue that prevented users with empty permission groups from being reinstated in single-user edit mode.

Licence Management

• New Licence Utilisation Dashboard:
  Added a Licence Utilisation section in the Admin module providing:

  • Current licence usage

  • Total quota per licence

  • A list of all licensed add-ons
    This provides better visibility and control over licence consumption.

• Hard & Soft Limit Enforcement:
  Introduced intelligent login handling based on concurrent user limits:

  • Hard limits: Logins are blocked when the limit is reached, with clear user messaging.

  • Soft limits: Logins are allowed but users receive warnings about potential overages.

Admin Enhancements

• Key Contacts Module:
  Added a new Key Contacts section within the Admin module to help organisations manage essential contact information more easily.

Security & Authentication

• MFA Email Status Tracking:
  Added real-time tracking for Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) email delivery status, helping reduce support queries and improve user visibility.

Knowledge & Editor

• Article Versioning:
  Introduced major and minor version tracking for articles, allowing users to view and compare different historical versions.

Compliance

• CSV Export for Compliance Data:
  Added the ability to export compliance data in CSV format, making it easier for team leaders to audit and report compliance activity.
