Magic Link – Status Selection
Operators can now set their status to “Generic Suspend” directly when logging in via a magic link. This provides a faster way to manage availability and clearly signal temporary unavailability, improving operational efficiency.
Knowledge – Compliance Articles Tab
We’ve introduced a new “Compliance Articles” tab in the main Knowledge section of Synthetix Cloud.
This acts as a central hub for all compliance-related content that requires attention, helping teams stay aligned with compliance standards.
Synthetix Cloud – Type-Ahead Enhancement
We’ve significantly enhanced keyword search within the chat interface to improve efficiency and accuracy:
Automatic keyword search activation – searches now trigger automatically for all chat messages, with no manual activation required.
Dynamic multi-keyword search – you can select multiple keywords to refine results, with live updates to knowledge-base results.
Easy keyword management – clicking an already-selected keyword will deselect it and update the results instantly.
These improvements make it faster and easier to find relevant knowledge while actively chatting.
Comms – Details Rework
The Comms details panel has been reworked to improve clarity, layout, and overall usability.
