Internal Knowledge Metrics – Mini/Main Knowledge Filters
We’ve enhanced Internal Knowledge Metrics to provide better filtering and insight capabilities:
Added a new filter for clients using both Livechat and Internal Knowledge.
Admins can now filter by “Mini Knowledge” and “Main Knowledge” to distinguish between:
Articles accessed from within live chats
Articles viewed directly from the main knowledgebase
This enhancement is currently available for Top Articles metrics, giving more accurate visibility into knowledge usage patterns.
