Team Statistics – Redirect to User Statistics
The Team Statistics view now redirects to the User Statistics page, providing a more focused and relevant reporting experience.

Removal of “Comments” Sections
The Comments section has been removed across all relevant areas of the platform as part of a wider cleanup and simplification of the interface.

Knowledge Feedback System Upgrade
We’ve retired the legacy article feedback system due to low usage and introduced a simpler, more effective replacement:

• Articles now support a Thumbs Up / Thumbs Down rating system

• Makes it quicker and easier to provide feedback

• Helps improve content quality through clearer user sentiment
