Security – Customisable Password Policy

We’ve introduced a new customisable password policy to give organisations greater control over account security while maintaining minimum security standards.

You can now configure:

• Minimum and maximum password length

• Required number of:

  • Numeric characters

  • Uppercase characters

  • Lowercase characters

  • Special characters

• Password expiry time

• Common password checks

When the policy is updated, users whose passwords no longer meet the new requirements will be prompted to update their password at their next login.
