Chat Management & Preferences Updates

Chat Details – Live Updates
You can now update key chat details while a conversation is in progress, including:

• Customer name

• Customer email address

• Assigned chat skill

This improves accuracy, organisation, and reporting.

Transfers – Invite Cancellation Disabled
Updated transfer behaviour so that agent invites can no longer be cancelled once sent, ensuring clearer and more predictable transfer workflows.

Handy Tips – User Preference Control
Users can now turn off the “Handy Tips” helper and save this preference, giving more control over their workspace experience.
