Chat Moderation Fixes

Reported Chats – Dismiss Popup Fix
Resolved an issue where the dismiss report popup for reported chats was not behaving correctly.

Flagged Chats – Duplicate Messages Fix
Fixed a bug causing duplicate messages to appear in flagged chat views.

New Add-On – Email Transcript Controls

We’ve introduced a new Email Transcript Add-On, giving you full control over chat transcript emails sent to customers:

• Enable or disable sending chat transcripts by email

• Customise:

  • Brand name

  • Accent colour

  • Sender email address

  • Logo

• Enabled by default

• Disabling the add-on will stop transcript emails from being sent

This gives organisations greater flexibility over post-chat communications and branding.
