Fixed an issue where incorrect skills were shown during queue transfers.

Corrected the behaviour of the admin suspension banner, ensuring it now displays and clears consistently.

Previous Contact – Chat Navigation Fix
Resolved an issue with Previous Contacts where users were not being taken to the correct chat. Selecting a previous contact now opens the correct conversation.

Metrics – Graph Filter Caching Improvements
Optimised graph caching when filters are changed, reducing unnecessary data requests and improving overall load and interaction performance.
