External Knowledge Feedback – Admin Migration

External Knowledge Feedback Now in Synthetix Cloud
The External Knowledge Feedback interface has been fully migrated into Synthetix Cloud.

What’s Changed

  • The old control panel interface for creating and managing external knowledge feedback has been retired

  • A new, modern UI is now available directly in Synthetix Cloud

  • The layout and structure now match the Live Chat Feedback interface, providing a familiar and consistent user experience
