Applications – No Re-render on Update
Fixed an issue where application configuration changes were not triggering a UI re-render, ensuring updates are now reflected immediately without requiring a manual refresh.

Knowledge – Article Tab Bug
Resolved a bug that caused article tabs in the Knowledge module to behave incorrectly or fail to load content as expected.
