Product-Based Report Filtering
Reports on the Data Reports page can now be filtered by product type (e.g., Livechat or Knowledge), making it easier to find relevant reports without scrolling through long lists.

Add-Ons

Smarter Add-On Enabled Checks
Permission checks for Add-On features (such as Copilot and Webhook Manager) are now only performed once the relevant Add-On is enabled. This improves reliability and prepares the platform for future Add-Ons.

Error Handling

Improved submitAjax Error Handler
Error handling has been refined to prevent unnecessary logouts when certain API headers are missing. Users will now only be logged out when specific error codes require re-authentication, reducing false redirects to the login screen.
