Licence Groups – Reporting Improvements

We’ve improved how licence group usage is reported to provide clearer, more useful visibility.

What’s changed:

• The Quota column now shows how many users have logged in during the current month.

• The Users column has been renamed to Logged In for improved clarity.

• You can now click a table row to view:

  • The list of users associated with a group, or

  • The list of users who have logged in during the month.

• The system now displays users who have moved between licence groups, improving visibility of user movement and changes over time.

These updates make it easier to track user activity and licence usage at a glance.
