Live Chat – Safer Direct Transfers

We’ve improved how direct chat transfers work to prevent chats becoming stuck or left unassigned.

What’s changed:

• Users with zero available chat capacity no longer appear as options when transferring chats.

• Transfers to users with no available slots are now blocked, with a clear warning shown.

• Users with available capacity can still receive transfers as normal.

API improvements:

• Real-time capacity checks now run during transfers to ensure the selected user can accept the chat.

These updates improve chat routing reliability and reduce the risk of stalled conversations.

WhatsApp – First Message Capture Fix

We’ve fixed an issue where the customer’s first message in a WhatsApp chat wasn’t being saved.

The initial message is now correctly stored in the messages table, ensuring complete and accurate WhatsApp conversation history.
