Articles Grouped by Subcategories

Categories are now grouped into subcategories, allowing customers to more quickly scan and find articles that belong to related groups. This makes navigating large knowledge bases faster and more intuitive.

Search Keyword Highlighting & Article Taxonomy

Search results have been enhanced to make them easier to understand at a glance:

• The taxonomy (category structure) of each article is now displayed beneath the article title in search results, helping customers distinguish between similarly named articles.

• Search keywords are now highlighted in article titles to improve visibility and relevance.
