Improvements to support future widget customisation

We’ve made a series of internal platform improvements to prepare for an upcoming feature that will allow customers to customise the SynthetixJS widget directly from the Synthetix Cloud platform.

These updates include:

• Improved background handling of live chat and automated conversations

• More reliable and controllable live chat behaviour

• Enhanced navigation within help and knowledge content

• Stronger internal controls to support future visual and behavioural configuration options

These are foundational changes and do not change current widget behaviour, but they lay the groundwork for a more flexible and powerful customisation experience coming soon.
