Improved routing and link handling

We’ve improved our routing logic to better handle hashbang (#!) article links and ensure more consistent behaviour when navigating the application. Event handling has been centralised within the routing system, reducing duplication and improving reliability across the app.

This change is internal only and does not affect existing navigation or user-facing functionality.
