Word Store Improvements

Add timeframe_match to trigger API responses

This field is now included in both GET and POST trigger endpoints and indicates whether the trigger’s configured timeframe conditions were met at the time of evaluation. It provides clearer context around why a trigger did or did not fire, helping improve debugging, reporting, and downstream decision-making.

Text-to-speech - Voice selection

Text-to-speech improvements: You can now select your favourite voice and adjust the default reading speed from the Accessibility tab in your profile preferences.
