Themes: New “Enable Custom Themes” Permission

We’ve added a new 'Enable Custom Themes' permission that gives teams more control over who can use and manage custom themes.

What this means

Admins can now decide whether agents can access custom themes, while still allowing everyone to use standard themes.

When Enable Custom Themes is OFF:

• Agents can still use Synthetix and Brand themes
• The custom theme options are hidden
• Agents cannot create or edit custom themes

When Enable Custom Themes is ON:

• Agents can view, create, and manage custom themes as usual

Why this matters

This helps teams:

• Keep branding consistent
• Prevent accidental theme changes
• Give design access only to the right people

No existing themes are affected, this simply adds an extra layer of control.
