Widget Management Update

We’ve added internal tracking for changes made to Widget settings in SynthetixJS. This allows us to see when settings are updated and helps support investigation and troubleshooting when needed.

We’ve also put in place automatic refresh of Widget settings in the background, so that when a change is made, the system is ready to apply it immediately once the feature is enabled.

This work is part of behind-the-scenes preparation and does not introduce any user-facing changes yet.

Postmark Improvements

These changes help keep the system more organised and efficient, making it easier to maintain and reducing the chance of issues in the future. There’s no change to how the feature works for users, it should simply run more smoothly and reliably.

Chat Transcript Emails Improvement

We’ve made a small improvement to how chat transcripts are sent by email.

If your business email address has been confirmed, the transcript will be sent using that address as the sender.

If the email hasn’t been confirmed, the transcript will come from Synthetix’s no-reply email address instead.

This helps make sure transcript emails arrive more reliably and are less likely to be marked as spam.
