Chat Queue - Security Enhancements

We’ve made behind-the-scenes improvements to strengthen the security of the chat queue system.

This update improves protection against malicious input and helps keep chat data safe and reliable.

Text-to-Speech – Faster Audio Delivery

What’s new

We’ve improved how voice audio is delivered when text is converted into speech. Audio is now served more efficiently, making responses faster and more reliable.

What changed

Previously, spoken audio was included directly inside each response, which made messages larger and slower to load.

Now, audio is stored once and reused when possible.

How it works

When speech is generated:

• If the same text has already been spoken before, we reuse the existing audio
• If it’s new or has changed, new audio is created and saved
• You receive a link to the audio instead of the audio being bundled into the response

Why this is better

This improvement provides:

• Faster loading of voice responses
• More consistent playback
• Reduced data usage
• Better performance on slower connections

What you’ll notice

You’ll experience quicker and smoother voice playback, especially when using repeated or frequently requested content.
