Supervisor Mode - Permissions

We’ve fixed an issue that could stop Supervisor Mode from working as expected.

Previously, the system did not always receive the right permission details for each user. This meant some people who should have had supervisor access were not being recognised correctly, and some Supervisor Mode features could be unavailable.

What’s changed

• The system now correctly retrieves each user’s permissions.
• Supervisor access is checked more accurately.
• Supervisor Mode will now appear and behave correctly for users who have supervisor rights.

What this means for you

If you are a supervisor, you should now see the correct Supervisor Mode options without needing to do anything. If you are not a supervisor, nothing changes for you.

There is no impact on data or settings, and no action is required.
