Improved Access Management for Application Whitelists

We have released a small update to Synthetix Cloud that improves how application whitelists are managed.

Previously, certain system restrictions prevented changes from being made to the whitelist on Synthetix-managed applications. These restrictions have now been removed. Users with the appropriate access can update whitelist entries directly through the application settings as expected.

This change restores normal functionality and makes it easier to maintain access permissions without additional intervention.
