Access Token Creation Update

Newly created access tokens are now shown on screen after creation, making them easier to copy and save securely.

What changed

• Access tokens are displayed immediately after they are created.
• A copy option has been added for quick access.
• Users are guided to the token details page after closing the prompt.

Impact

• Users have a clearer opportunity to copy and store new tokens.
• This reduces the chance of losing access to a token after it has been created.

Resolved Banned Chats Page Issue

We've fixed an issue that could cause an error when visiting the Banned Chats section in Admin.

What changed

• The Admin Banned Chats page now loads correctly in Cloud.
• An issue with the page illustration has been resolved.

Impact

• Administrators can now access the Banned Chats section without encountering this error.

Bank Holiday Schedule Improvements

Managing operational hours around bank holidays is now easier with support for dedicated bank holiday schedules.

What changed

• Users can now create a dedicated Bank Holidays schedule to automatically populate recognised bank holiday dates.
• Existing Bank Holidays schedules are automatically checked for newly announced dates when visiting the Operational Hours section.

Impact

• Bank holiday dates can be managed more easily with less manual effort.
• Operational hours remain more accurate and up to date as new holidays are added.
