Decision Tree Preview for Knowledge Articles

Knowledge articles that use decision trees now include an interactive preview, making it easier to understand and explore available paths.

What changed

• Decision tree articles now display a minimap preview within the article.
• Users can select the preview to open the full decision tree view.
• The full view opens with the relevant section highlighted, making it easier to continue exploring from the current point.

• Users gain a clearer overview of decision-based knowledge articles.
• Navigating complex decision trees is quicker and more intuitive.

Selected Report Columns Display

Report builder for recurring reports now show the selected output columns directly in the report header, making it easier to review what information is included.

What changed

• Selected report columns are displayed as clear labels in the report header.
• The first 10 columns are shown by default.
• Users can expand or collapse the list when additional columns are included.
