Enhanced Flow Viewer Filtering

The Flow Viewer has been updated with new filtering and reporting options to make it easier to find and analyse decision flows.

What changed

• Flows can now be filtered by date range, flow type and application.
• Flows are ordered by activity to help highlight the most frequently used.
• Hit counts are displayed for both flows and individual decision points.
• The Flow Viewer can now be accessed from additional areas of the platform, including knowledge articles and reporting pages.

File Preview in Chat History

Attachments can now be previewed directly when viewing chat history in reporting.
