User Filtering and Pagination Fix

We've resolved an issue in Admin Users where applying a filter from later pages could incorrectly show an empty user list.

What changed

• Pagination now resets correctly when a user filter is applied.
• Filters such as department now return the expected results regardless of the page previously being viewed.

Impact

• Administrators can filter user lists more reliably.
• This prevents valid users from appearing to be missing when filters are changed.

Improved File Preview Experience

File previews have been enhanced to support more file types and provide a clearer, more accessible viewing experience.

What changed

• Additional file types can now be previewed directly, including video, audio and text files.
• Image and embedded file previews have been improved.
• Video subtitles are supported where available.
• File details and download progress are now shown more clearly.
• Keyboard navigation, focus handling and screen reader support have been improved.
• Pagination has been refined for easier navigation through multiple files.
