Disabled Form Items Fix

We've improved how disabled form fields behave across the platform.

What changed

• Form fields that are unavailable for editing are now correctly disabled.
• Minor improvements have been made to form behaviour and consistency.

Impact

• Users can more clearly identify which fields can and cannot be changed.
• Disabled fields now behave more consistently across forms.

Video Chat Availability Update

We've refined when the video chat option is shown to ensure it is only available where supported.

What changed

• The video chat option is now only shown when the feature is enabled and the user has the required permission.
• Video chat is no longer offered on unsupported channels such as WhatsApp and VoIP.

Impact

• Users will only see video chat controls when they can actually be used.
• This provides a clearer and more consistent chat experience.
