Platform Performance Improvements

We've reduced unnecessary background activity across several areas of the platform to improve efficiency and responsiveness.

• Duplicate data requests have been removed from Knowledge and login processes.
• Knowledge data is now loaded only when it is needed.
• Useful Links data is retained when switching between Knowledge views, reducing unnecessary reloads.

Chat History Usability Improvements

We've improved Chat History with more flexible tables and enhanced filtering controls.

What changed

• Table columns can now be resized to make information easier to review.
• Selection filters now support choosing multiple options.
• Search has been added within selection lists to make options easier to find.
• Table styling and accessibility have been improved for a more consistent experience.

Impact

• Users have greater control over how Chat History information is displayed.
• Finding and filtering information is quicker and easier, particularly when working with larger sets of options.

Feature Management and Tracking

We've introduced new tools to help manage, monitor and understand the adoption of platform features.

• A new feature catalogue provides a central place for authorised administrators to view and manage tracked features.
• New dashboards provide insights into feature adoption, usage and activity over time.
• Feature information can be searched and reviewed more easily.
• Opt-in experiences now provide clearer loading and error feedback when preferences are changed.

• Feature adoption and usage can be monitored more effectively.
• Improved tracking provides greater visibility into how new experiences are being used.

Chat History Preview Update

We've extended the preview period for the new Chat History experience, giving users additional time to explore it before the full rollout.

What changed

• The new Chat History experience will now go live on 21 October 2026.
• The preview and opt-in period has been extended to remain available until the new go-live date.

Impact

• Users have more time to try the new Chat History experience before it becomes the standard experience.
