WhatsApp Fallback Configuration

We've added a new configuration option to provide greater control over how WhatsApp conversations are handled when a request cannot be processed.

What changed

• A new optional Anchor ID setting is available for WhatsApp integrations.
• This can be used to specify a fallback point within a flow when the bot is unable to process a request.

Impact

• Administrators have greater control over the fallback experience for WhatsApp conversations.
• Users can be directed to a more appropriate point in the conversation flow when a request cannot be handled.

Embedded Chat History Update

We've refined the Chat History experience when viewed within embedded areas of the platform.

What changed

• The Chat History preview banner is no longer displayed when Chat History is embedded within another area.

Impact

• Embedded Chat History views now provide a cleaner and more consistent experience without unnecessary preview prompts.
